We strive to reply to inquiries as quickly as possible. However, please note that responses may be delayed on weekends and major holidays, or during large promotional periods.

Fulfillment Center

While our Fulfillment Team works diligently to pack orders every day of the week, our shipping partners (FedEx and USPS) end their pickup hours at 3 PM - weekdays only. If we finish preparing your package for shipment at 4 PM Monday, it will be collected by the shipper on Tuesday. Orders packed between Friday at 3 PM and Monday at 8 AM will be collected by the shipper on Monday (barring any holidays).
We kindly ask that you take this information into consideration when estimating your shipping schedule.
