Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).  Delivery times are not guaranteed. Holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, etc. may result in longer wait times. 

You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE:
"Overnight Shipping" is limited to business days only. 
If you place an order on a Friday, your order will not ship until Monday.

Intelligent Shop does not accommodate special delivery requests - no exceptions.
If you wish to communicate specific instructions to your courier, we recommend trying the FedEx Delivery Manager tool.

Free Shipping

We currently have free shipping on US orders over $150 and international orders over $215 (total must be at this price prior to tax and after discount codes are applied).

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped with FedEx Ground domestically and FedEx International Economy internationally.

International Shipping

We currently ship Intelligent Shop products to 50+ countries!
Check out our Shipping Status page to see if we ship to your country, as well as product restrictions for each country.  Customs/regulations on products in each country can change at anytime.

Regarding the use of re-shippers: Intelligent Shop will not be held liable if an order is seized, nor will we be obligated to offer a refund.

*Note: Intelligent Shop’s international shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees vary by destination and courier (see FedEx’ online calculator) and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Intelligent Shop assumes no responsibility for these charges. Please check your local laws for more information.

Military Shipping

We are proud to offer shipping to all valid APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all delivery information is correct and properly formatted. Our shipping software is unable to validate or correct any errors that may occur in the delivery process.
