At our store, we kindly request that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
In the event that your package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a mistake on your end, we regret to inform you that Intelligent Shop cannot be held responsible.
If you realize that you have made a mistake and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can cancel your order or update the shipping information. Our customer service agents do the best that they can to respond within 1-2 business days.
If your order has already shipped by the time we receive your request, we will do our best to have it rerouted to the appropriate address; however, we cannot guarantee that our shipping provider will be able to process the change.
In the unfortunate event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, to being marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, or being deemed undeliverable by the shipping provider for any reason, we cannot issue a refund for your order as these products are deemed unsellable once they leave our distribution center.
If you would like to request a one-time exception, please contact help@intelligent.shop for further inquiry. Please note that due to the complexity of each order, each request is subject to investigation and a one-time exception may not be feasible. We appreciate your understanding.
